BAMBOOHR APPOINTS BRAD RENCHER AS CEO TO ADVANCE MISSION AND DRIVE GROWTH

CHRISTIAN KOHLPAINTNER TO BECOME NEW CEO OF BRENNTAG AG
The Supervisory Board of Brenntag AG appointed Christian Kohlpaintner as the company's next CEO and Member of the Management Board effective January 1st, 2020. Over the last two decades, Christian Kohlpaintner has held various management positions in leading international companies. He joins from Clariant International Ltd. where he was Member of the Executive Committee. Christian Kohlpaintner will succeed the current CEO, Steven Holland, who will leave the company at the same time. Brenntag is the global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution. Brenntag operates a global network with more than 580 locations in 76 countries. With its global workforce of more than 16,600 employees, the company generated sales of EUR 12.6 billion (USD 13.3 billion) in 2018.
SOTHEBY'S NAMES CHARLES F. STEWART AS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sotheby's has announced the appointment of Charles F. Stewart as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.Mr. Stewart joins Sotheby's from Altice USA, where he has served as Co-President and Chief Financial Officer since 2016. He assumed the role at Altice USA following more than two decades of operations, financial and corporate leadership experience in the U.S., Latin America and Europe, most recently as CEO of Itau BBA International plc. Prior to that, he spent 19 years at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in various leadership and client-facing roles, based in New York, Brazil and London.
MICHAEL KÖNIG APPOINTED NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ELKEM ASA AND ACQUIRES CHINA'S POLYSIL
Current chairman of the board of Elkem ASA, Michael König has assumed the position of CEO of Elkem ASA. Previous CEO, Helge Aasen, will step down after more than ten years in the position and will become a member of the board of directors of Elkem ASA. Hao Zhigang, current member of the board of Elkem, will assume the position of chairman of the board. Founded in 1904, Elkem is one of the world's leading suppliers of silicon-based advanced materials with operations throughout the value chain from quartz to specialty silicones, as well as attractive market positions in specialty ferrosilicon alloys and carbon materials. Elkem is a publicly listed company on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and is headquartered in Oslo. The company has 6200 employees with 27 production sites and sales offices in a total of 28 countries worldwide. Elkem ASA has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Polysil, a leading Chinese silicone elastomer & resins material manufacturer with strong positions in baby care and food grade silicones, as well as silicone products for the electronics and medical markets. Polysil and Elkem's complementary product and market positions provide a solid platform for further specialisation and growth in China and globally. Polysil is a privately owned company with more than 400 employees located in Zhongshan in Guangdong, China. The company has two production facilities and a research and development centre with more than 50 scientists.
NIGERIAN CEO WINS JACK MA'S AFRICAN BUSINESS HERO AWARD
A Nigerian entrepreneur has taken home the top prize at the Jack Ma Foundation's first annual prize for African businesses. Temie Giwa-Tubosun walked away with the top $250,000 cash prize from the $1 million available from the Africa Netpreneur Prize Initiative (ANPI), started by Chinese investor Jack Ma.
The organization says it will award a $1m grant to 10 African entrepreneurs every year for the next 10 years.Giwa-Tubosun is the founder and CEO of LifeBank, a Lagos-based blood and oxygen delivery company that connects registered blood banks to hospitals and patients in need of urgent blood supplies. She said: "The Africa Netpreneur Prize will give me the resources to grow LifeBank and expand our presence in Nigeria and throughout the rest of Africa. I look forward to continuing my journey to solve problems and make a significant impact on the future of Africa."
BOEING ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES
Boeing announced that its Board of Directors named current Chairman, David L. Calhoun, as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective January, 2020. Mr. Calhoun will remain a member of the Board. In addition, Board member Lawrence W. Kellner will become non-executive Chairman of the Board effective immediately. Mr. Calhoun said, "I strongly believe in the future of Boeing and the 737 MAX. I am honored to lead this great company and the 150,000 dedicated employees who are working hard to create the future of aviation."
RICH WUERTHELE NAMED PRESIDENT & CEO OF CRAYOLA
Rich Wuerthele, an executive with more than 30 years in the consumer goods industry, will join Crayola as the new CEO. Rich will be joining Crayola from Newell Brands, where he has been the CEO of their Home Fragrance portfolio, including the notable Yankee Candle brand. Home Fragrance is a global consumer products business with 450 company-owned retail stores. Crayola LLC, a business of Hallmark Cards, Inc., is the worldwide leader in children's creative expression products.

BMC APPOINTS TECHNOLOGY LEADER AYMAN SAYED AS PRESIDENT AND CEO
BMC, a global leader in IT solutions for the digital enterprise, has announced that Ayman Sayed has joined BMC as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Sayed succeeds Bob Beauchamp, who joined BMC as interim CEO in April 2019 and will continue his service to the company as Chairman of the Board.
